Academic and Student Affairs Committee: The Board will hear an update on the state universities’ progress toward implementing the recommendations from the Civil Discourse Report approved by the Board in January 2022. The Board will consider approval of the Public Notice of Intent to Adopt Board of Governors Regulation 10.003, Post-Tenure Faculty Review.
Strategic Planning Committee: The Board will consider approval of the second round of university proposals for receiving Linking Industry to Nursing Education (LINE) funds.
Budget and Finance Committee: The Board will consider approval of changes to four performance-based funding metrics. The Board will also consider approval of the University 2022-2023 Carryforward Spending Plans.
Facilities Committee: The Board will consider approval of the 2022-2023 University Fixed Capital Outlay Budgets.
Nomination and Governance Committee: The Board will consider confirming the appointments of university trustees for Florida Polytechnic University and Florida State University.
Full Board: The Board will consider confirming the reappointment of Dr. Martha D. Saunders as the president of the University of West Florida. The Board will consider confirming the appointment of Dr. Stacy Volnick as the interim president of Florida Atlantic University. The Board will also consider confirming the appointment of Dr. Kenneth Jessell as president of Florida International University, and the appointment of Dr. Ben Sasse as the president of the University of Florida.
