Facilities Committee

The activities of the Facilities Committee include, but are not limited to, the approval of the annual system-wide Fixed Capital Outlay Legislative Budget Request; adoption of applicable regulations; the authorization of debt issuance or public-private partnerships to finance capital projects; the facilitation of the Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) and Capital Improvement Trust Fund (CITF) project lists; validation of university Educational Plant Surveys; and monitoring of any financial or facility-related matters which may occur.
