Carson Good serves as President of Good Capital Group, a private real estate investment and development firm that makes direct investments in Florida commercial real estate, provides capital to operators, and offers advisory services to select institutions. He also serves as Vice Chairman and a founding director of Alpine Income Trust, a NYSE‑listed real estate investment trust that owns and operates a nationwide portfolio of high‑quality single‑tenant properties.
Governor Good earned a B.A. from Florida State University and an M.B.A. from Rollins College.
He has served as Florida Managing Director for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and as a principal and senior executive of The Trammell Crow Company.
Governor Good is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, and is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
He lives in Winter Park with his wife and family and enjoys travel and outdoor activities, including boating, skiing, and hunting.
