Are you a motivated, detail-oriented student looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic, high-level office environment? The Office of the Chancellor is seeking a Student Intern to join our team! This is a paid, part-time position ideal for students who are interested in public service, communications, design, or administrative leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide essential front-office support, including greeting guests, answering calls, and managing appointments.
• Draft meeting minutes and official documents.
• Create professional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Publisher, and more.
• Design spreadsheets, organize data, and help maintain important internal records.
• Contribute to real projects that support the mission and operations of the Chancellor’s Office.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A full-time college student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Someone who can commit to 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher).
  • Experience using Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design and format documents.

Hiring Range

$15.00 per hour
