Nomination and Governance Committee

The activities of the Nomination and Governance Committee include, but are not limited to, the review and recommendation of applicants to serve as trustees on the university boards of trustees. The committee is responsible for enhancing interaction and communication between members of the Board of Governors and members of the boards of trustees, and for addressing matters related to the governance of the State University System including, but not limited to, the delegation of authority to university boards of trustees.
