Ned C. Lautenbach

Ned C. Lautenbach currently serves as Chair of the Board of Governors. Mr. Lautenbach is also the Lead Director of the Independent Trustees of the Equity and High Income Funds of Fidelity Investments, and a member of the Council on Foreign Affairs. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Artis-Naples, home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum in Naples, FL, and in the past served as Chairman of the Board.

Previously, Mr. Lautenbach was as a member and then Lead Director of the Board of Directors of Eaton Corporation; a Partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC; and a Director of Sony Corporation, PPG Industries, Providian, and ChoicePoint. In addition, Mr. Lautenbach had a 30-year career with IBM, during which time he served as Senior Vice President and a member of the Corporate Executive Committee.

Mr. Lautenbach received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Harvard University.
