Florida Board of Governors Regulations
At the initial meeting of the Board of Governors held on January 7, 2003, the Board adopted in part rules that had been previously promulgated by the Board of Regents for the operation of the State University System and which were indexed under Chapter 6C of the Florida Administrative Code. Since that time, the Board adopted a Regulation Development Procedure and all rules previously adopted by the Board were readopted as regulations. The Board is currently in the process of reviewing and revising those regulations to comport with the Board’s constitutional duties and responsibilities. As part of this process, a new numbering system is being created that will no longer include the 6C prefix.
