CODING INSTRUCTIONS:                                                            
   The requirements of the CLAST can be satisfied in a number of                
   ways.  Receiving a passing score on all subtests is the require-             
   ment for the majority of students.  The respective institution               
   determines whether any given student needs scores on the CLAST.              
   for example, students are allowed to petition for handicap                   
   waivers and if a waiver is granted this satisfies the student's              
   requirement for the test(s) waived.  All questions concerning                
   CLAST requirements should be directed to the Institutional Test              
   Administrator.                                                               
   CLAST Flag is required on Upper Division Undergraduate students              
   only (01060=U)
