DEFINITION:                                                                     
   The code representing a group of university employees, described             
   by classification and administrative unit with similar job duties            
   and responsibilities, who are eligible to be represented by a                
   bargaining agent certified by PERC.  This agent, if elected by               
   the unit workers and certified by PERC, is the exclusive                     
   representative for the purpose of collective bargaining of                   
   employees in the unit with a Board of Trustees with respect to               
   wages, hours, terms, and conditions of employment.
