CODING INSTRUCTIONS:                                                            
   For those students who have passed all subtests of the CLAST                 
   this should be coded Y (Yes).  This is used to meet the basic                
   skills requirements addressed in FAC 6A-5.066.                               
   Waivers of CLAST requirements pertaining to the award of an                  
   Associate or Bachelor's degree do not pertain to the CLAST                   
   requirement for teacher preparation programs.
