   the foreign language requirement of 6C-6.002 or 6C-6.004.

CODING INSTRUCTIONS:                                                            
   This element is required if Exception Status (01200) is                      
   coded 'T - Transfer - Undergraduate Exception' or Profile                    
   Assessment Flag (01354) is coded 'Y - Admitted on the Basis                  
   of profile assessment.                                                       
   Code 'N' for all undergraduate transfer applicants                           
   coded as an exception, who are missing foreign language                      
   required in 6C-6.004.                                                        
   Code 'N' for all FTIC applicants who are admitted on the basis               
   of profile assessment, who are missing foreign language required             
   in 6C-6.002.                                                                 
   Code 'Y' for all undergraduate transfer applicants                           
   coded as an exception, who are not missing the foreign language              
   requirements in 6C-6.004.                                                    
   Code 'Y' for all FTIC applicants who are admitted on the basis               
   of profile assessment, who are not missing foreign language                  
   required in 6C-6.002.                                                        
   This element is required for applicants who are admitted                     
   (01135=A,P,C,X), and who are either 1. admitted as exceptions                
   to the transfer student admissions criteria (01200=T) or 2. are              
   Profile Assessment admits (01354=Y).  It is not required for                 
   other applicants and may be left blank.  If it is coded for non-             
   required applicants, it will be edited for a valid code.
