DEFINITION:                                                                     
   The maximum salary rate to be paid is maintained                             
   in the annual allocation document for E&G, IFAS, UF                          
   Health Center, USF Medical Center and the annual operating                   
   budgets for the other budget entities plus any subsequent                    
   budget amendments.  This rate is currently maintained for                    
   two pay plans, Faculty and Other (A&P plus USPS).
