CODING INSTRUCTIONS:                                                            
   Code 'Y' when the non-faculty university pay plan on the                 <   
   record is typically not covered by a collective bargaining               <   
   unit and/or employees paid from this plan are considered to have         <   
   administrative or professional type responibilities.                     <   
   Code 'N' when the non-faculty university pay plan on the                 <   
   record is covered under collective bargaining, employees                 <   
   paid from this plan are typically eligible for inclusion                 <   
   in a bargaining unit, and benefits offered under this plan               <   
   are different than those offered to non-faculty employees in             <   
   plans with mostly administrative and professional type                   <   
   responsibilities.                                                        <
