   1              Permanent                                                     
                  A facility of either non-combustible or fire resistive        
                  construction designed for a fixed location with a life        
                  expectancy of more than 20 years.

                  A facility usually of wood frame type construction and

                  location, construction cost, construction type,

                  The life expectancy of these buildings is less than           
                  20 years.                                                     
   3              Temporary Relocatable                                         
                  A temporary facility which is not permanently fastened        
                  to the ground and designed so it can be readily moved         
                  to a new location either in one piece or components.          
   4              Under Construction                                            
   5              Farm (Permanent)                                              
                  A facility used for agricultural or poultry shelter,          
                  processing or storage of agricultural products or             
                  equipment, or field experiments and usually located           
                  outside the central campus area.  These facilities are        
                  totally or partially constructed of either                    
                  noncombustible or fire resistant materials with a life        
                  expectancy of more than 20 years.                             
   6              Farm (Temporary)                                              
                  The basis for temporary classification is the same as         
                  for non-farm facilities.  These facilities are usually        
                  of light frame construction with unfinished interiors         
                  with a life expectancy of less than 20 years.                 
   7              Covered Walkway                                               
                  A covered walkway attached to or connecting university        
                  buildings.  These facilities are totally or partially         
                  constructed of either noncombustible or fire resistant        
                  materials for a fixed location with a life expectancy         
                  of more than twenty years.
