CODING INSTRUCTIONS:                                                            
   Valid code required on all undergraduate students.  If a                     
   student receives multiple awards choose the one with the                     
   highest applicable value.                                                    
   The element is not required for unclassifed or graduate students             
   (01060=A,B,N) and will not generate an error if it is blank.                 
   If the element is coded for non-required students, it                        
   will be edited for a valid code.
