CODING INSTRUCTIONS:                                                            
   This element is required on admitted students only.                          
   If a first-time-in-college (FTIC) student does not meet the                  
   admissions criteria, they may be admitted on the basis of a                  
   profile assessment.  This flag will be set to "Y - Yes" if a                 
   profile assessment is the basis of admission and "N - No" if it              
   is not.                                                                      
   On the Student Data Course File this element is required for                 
   Beginner and Early Admit Students (01413=B,E) whose Date of                  
   Most Recent Admission is May 2000 or more recent. It may be left             
   blank for non-required students.  If it is coded for non-required            
   students, it will be edited for a valid code.                                
   On the Admissions File this element is required on admitted, FTIC            
   students only (01117=B,E and 01135=A,P,C,X).  If it is coded for             
   non-required records it will be edited for a valid code.
