DEFINITION:                                                                     
   This flag is used to indicate that an unclassified student is                
   a graduate student for IPEDS reporting purposes based on                     
   Student Classification Level (01060) and Common Course Number                
   (01196).

ALGORITHM:                                                                      
   For graduate students (01060 = A or B) the edit program will                 
   generate the value 'Y - Yes'.                                                
   For Unclassifed Students (01060 = N), the edit program will                  
   generate a 'Y - Yes' if the student is taking any course which               
   is a graduate level course (01196 = 5 through 9).  Unclassified              
   students who do not have a graduate level course will have the               
   value 'N - No'.                                                              
   Undergraduate Students (01060 = L or U) will have an 'X - Not                
   Applicable' in this field.
