CODING INSTRUCTIONS:                                                            
   Annual Retention Records were rebuit in the 0304 year in order to            
   realize some efficiencies in reporting.  These were completely               
   rebuilt from the Student Data Course Master Files.  Some annual              
   records could not be recreated.  These were appended to the new              
   annual files in order to retain better consistency with published            
   reports.  Any records appended in this way are marked with an 'O'            
   in this field.
