CODING INSTRUCTIONS:                                                            
   If Social Security Number is available it should be used as this             
   identification number, since the State of Florida and the State              
   University System had established Social Security Number as the              
   personal identifier prior to January 1, 1975 as allowed by                   
   United States Code (USCA).                                                   
   Note:  in the SCD and OPS DB2 databases the SSN submitted by the             
   universities is converted to a 9 digit identification number                 
   that uniquely identifies each employee.                                      
   If Social Security Number is not used, this element should                   
   reflect the number assigned for payroll purposes or student                  
   identification. (The Comptroller assigns numbers in the 800                  
   series for non-resident aliens without Social Security Numbers)
