DEFINITION:                                                                     
   A code to indicate the budget entity from which all or a portion             
   of the funding for the building is budgeted.                                 

ALGORITHM:                                                                      
   Building PO&M Budget Entity is program generated using the                   
   following formula.                                                           
   If the total net assignable square footage is greater than 0 then            
   10052 is coded for each Budget Entity containing assignable                  
   square feet.  Occurrences of 10052 are kept in descending order              
   by Building Budget Entity Factor (10053).  If the total assign-              
   able square footage = 0 then the first occurrence of 10052 is                
   coded with same value as 10055.
