CODING INSTRUCTIONS:

   Universities should code their former L2 for non-faculty, non-               
   OPS.                                                                         
   All non-faculty Pay Plans are merged into '25' (OTHER) for                   
   LAS/PBS reporting                                                            
   Faculty Practice should be coded '22' (faculty).
