DEFINITION:
This element indicates whether or not a student, who is a
Graduate Teaching Assistant, has earned at least five hours in
Supervised Research Teaching as of the beginning of the
reporting term.

CODING INSTRUCTIONS:
A Graduate Teaching Assistant may, in some instances require
special training or faculty supervision to properly carry out his
or her teaching assignments. If the Graduate Teach Assistant
registers for academic credit for this training and supervision,
the credit generated shall be reported by the university as
credit in 'Supervised Teaching.' This definition does not
include Supervised Teaching Internships when such Teaching
Internships are not a requirement of employment as a Graduate
Teaching Assistant.
