INTENT:                                                                         
   Analysis of Instructional Resources                                          

DEFINITION:                                                                     
   For scheduled courses, the number of hours a section                         
   actually meets per week.  For courses that do not meet for                   
   the full semester, the hours should be equated to a full                     
   semester by multiplying the actual scheduled hours per week                  
   by the ratio of the number of weeks the course meets to the                  
   total number of weeks in the full semester.  For unscheduled                 
   courses, the sum of the weekly contact hour equivalencies, as                
   adopted by the universities, but not to exceed the maximums                  
   defined in CM-87-17.
