   Alternative admission follow-up                                              

DEFINITION:                                                                     
   For all transfer and graduate applicants who are enrolled this               
   flag is set to indicate if the applicant was an exception to                 
   admissions policy.  For transfer applicants, the policy is                   
   stated in 6C-6.004 FAC, and for graduate students it is 6C-6.003             
   FAC.

CODING INSTRUCTIONS:                                                            
   Code 'N' for all students enrolled who are non-exceptions to                 
   Admissions Policy 6C, Florida Administrative Code (FAC).                     
   Code 'T' on all transfer applicants who are enrolled and who were            
   considered for admission as an exception to the Transfer Student             
   -- Undergraduate rule 6C.004, FAC.                                           
   Code 'G' on all graduate applicants who are enrolled and who were            
   considered for admission as an exception to the Entering or                  
   Transferring Graduate Students and Post-baccalaureate Profes-                
   sional Students rule 6C.003, FAC.                                            
   Code 'M' on undergraduate transfer and graduate applicants who           <   
   were considered with substitutions and/or modifications based on         <   
   6C-6.018, FAC. This code takes precedence over all other codes           <   
   used within this element.                                                <   
   This element is required for Registered (01136=R) students               <   
   where Type of Student is equal to J,U,G,L,M,D,V,R.  It is not            <   
   required for FTIC applicants or for applicants who are not               <   
   registered.  If it is coded for non-required records it will be          <   
   edited for a valid code.
