Vikki Shirley, General Counsel
Vikki Shirley is General Counsel to the Board of Governors and the Chancellor.
Ms. Shirley joined the Chancellor's staff from the Tallahassee law firm of Huey, Guilday, Tucker, Schwartz & Williams P.A., where she was a partner and where her practice areas included appellate, administrative and state and federal civil litigation.
She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Florida, and she earned her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law.
