Sandy Radulski manages the personnel functions for the staff of the Board Office and serves as liaison with applicable state agencies. She has extensive experience with personnel and payroll functions, working in various capacities with state agencies and the State University System throughout her career.
A long-time Tallahassee resident, Sandy graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Personnel Management.
