Ned C. Lautenbach
Ned C. Lautenbach currently serves as Chairman of the Independent Trustees of the Equity and High Income Funds of Fidelity Investments, as well as the Lead Director of the Eaton Corporation Board of Directors.
In January 2013, Mr. Lautenbach was appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to serve as a member of the Board of Governors, State University System of Florida. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Philharmonic Center for the Arts in Naples, Florida, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Previously, Mr. Lautenbach was a Partner/Advisory Partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. as well as a Director of Sony Corporation and a member of the Board of Trustees of Fairfield University.
In addition, Mr. Lautenbach was with IBM Corporation from 1968 until his retirement in 1998, during which time he served as Senior Vice President and member of the Corporate Executive Committee. He was also previously a Director of PPG Industries, Inc., Providian, and ChoicePoint.
