Carlo Fassi is the current Student Body President of the University of North Florida. Before joining UNF, Mr. Fassi graduated from Miami Beach Senior High School in South Florida after having spent a year abroad in Turin, Italy. At Beach High, he was involved with the Scholars Academy, Italian Honors Society, the school's tennis team and Pre-Law society. Mr. Fassi is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, and a minor in History. After UNF, he plans on furthering his education at a public institution in Florida.

As a member of the Board of Governors, he sits on the Academic and Student Affairs Committee, the Budget and Finance Committee, and the Legislative Affairs Committee.
Mr. Fassi is involved in a wide array of programs at UNF. Since arriving to the university in the summer of 2009, he has been an active member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, serving as his pledge class' Vice President and Pledge Educator. His involvement with UNF's International Business Society, Osprey Production agency and philanthropic organizations display his interest in being as well-rounded as possible.
As the Florida Student Association Chairman, Mr. Fassi believes that a rich educational experience is invaluable. Having spent time abroad in high school and college, he understands the unique opportunity students in the United States undertake when registering for classes at universities. He continuously stresses the importance of taking advantage of all programs found on a university campus while simultaneously using skill sets learned in the classroom within these extracurricular activities.
